Since launching Jiujiteira Magazine in 2020, I've had the privilege of sharing the stories of incredible women from around the world who have paved the way for us to train and dedicated their lives to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Along the way, through my own years of training, I realized I now wanted to create something more personal - a way to connect with you beyond the headlines, the tournaments, and the interviews.

That's why I created the Jiujiteira Post.

Every month, a letter celebrating the experience of being a woman in Jiu-Jitsu will arrive in the mail. The victories that make us proud. The setbacks that make us stronger. The friendships that keep us coming back. And all the little moments in between that only another Jiujiteira truly understands.

This is for the woman who trains in a room full of other supporting Jiujiteiras, and for the one who is the only woman at her gym. It's for the competitor, the hobbyist, the white belt, the black belt and the belts in between.

I see you. I understand you. I am right there with you in this journey.

This is more than a letter. It's a shared experience. It's a sisterhood that reminds us we're stronger together and that no woman should ever feel like she's training alone.

I hope you will accept my invitation and I'll see you soon in your mailbox... and on the mats.
